Healthy meals to try next week

I don’t know about you, but my I’m on an endless journey to be healthier. I always want to eat better but always end up having frozen pizza for diner. I have to thank my boyfriend for that. He doesn't understand. He doesn't gain weight, at all, ever so he don't care if it's healthy or not.

So what happens when I get home after a long day and there’s nothing to eat other than that pizza he bough? Yup, I take a take a big slice of it. Or two. It’s bad.

But he’s getting better, he stopped drinking a litre of Coca-Cola a day, which is a big improvement. He started eating salad too. Now I have hope that I can eat healthier while enjoying a meal with him.

Here is a list of meals I will try to cook for the both of us. Maybe I should have added a healthy alternative to pizza. And freeze it for later. I don’t know.

I know, I’m really hungry too after reading all of these. Which one are you the most excited to try? I think I will start with the Greek Goddess Grain Bowl. Or the Chicken Avocado Salad. I might end up overeating in the next day...
